Superintendent

Oversee site safety first and foremost, enforce the Safety Program, and ensure all personnel comply. Lead primary site operations for large-scale ground-up, additions, and intensive remodels, collaborating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to define needs and deliver projects on time and on budget. Direct and synchronize subcontractors and self-performing trades to support schedule delivery, while creating four-week look-ahead schedules and weekly man-power requests. Manage budget and timeline, verify material deliveries against approved submittals, and record daily progress reports and photos via Procore. Review cost reports and labor hours regularly with Project Managers for accuracy and budget forecasting. Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and handle complaints without jeopardizing project profitability.
