Superintendent

Lead field operations for construction projects in West Point, NY, coordinating with the Project Manager and Owner to ensure schedule adherence, quality control, safety compliance, and successful execution of all project activities. Manage planning, direction, coordination, and budgeting for project activities; oversee subcontractor, contractor, owner, inspector, and AHJ coordination; supervise field staff and safety programs; participate in pre-construction and weekly coordination meetings; review subcontractor scopes, progress billing, and baseline schedules; ensure conformance to national and local building codes and maintain accurate daily records. Requires 5 years of construction management experience for medical facilities, QCM-C and OSHA 30 certifications, CPR/First Aid, and proficiency with Procore and RMS. Willingness to travel for future projects; salary range $120,000-$140,000 annually; benefits package and pre-employment screenings noted.
