Job Summary
Lead field operations for construction projects, ensuring coordination, schedule adherence, quality control, safety compliance, and execution of all project activities. Manage planning, direction, coordination, budgeting, and subcontractor/owner/inspector coordination; oversee quality control and safety programs; prepare look-ahead schedules, coordinate progress billing, and ensure conformance to building codes. Requires experience on federal projects, proficiency with Procore and RMS, OSHA 30, QCM-C, and healthcare construction knowledge; located in or near West Point, NY with ability to travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in construction management for medical facilities
- QCM-C certification
- OSHA 30 certification
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Procore
- RMS
- Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF
