Superintendent

Superintendent I or II in Orlando, FL to lead and oversee a multimillion-dollar healthcare expansion project. Responsibilities include directing project personnel, coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, and the project team; planning and supervising onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, and potentially accounting/purchasing staff); developing and enforcing procedures, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and providing technical assistance (interpretation of drawings, construction methods). Manages the total construction effort to meet design, budget, and schedule, interfacing with client representatives and other parties; travel as required. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 4-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
