Job Summary
Concrete Superintendent responsible for leading on-site concrete construction activities, including layout, formwork, reinforcing, pumping safety, subcontractor coordination, change orders, daily huddles, and ensuring profitability and safety programs. Candidate should have 7+ years of concrete construction experience, ability to read blueprints, manage crews, and oversee safety and quality in residential and commercial concrete projects; Spanish language skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in concrete construction
- ability to read and interpret blueprints
- experience with concrete phases: layout, footings, cast-in-place walls, slab on grade, slab on metal deck; structural slabs preferred
- site concrete work
- knowledge of safety programs and fall protection
- ability to manage subcontractors and project profitability
- experience with change orders and labor costing
