Job Summary
Superintendent role overseeing concrete construction projects for Bartley Corp. Responsibilities include equipment allocation, material management, project scheduling, subcontractor management, safety programs, on-site procedures, change orders, cost tracking, and profitability management. Requires at least 7 years of concrete construction experience with ability to read/interpret blueprints; experience with layout, footings, cast-in-place walls, slabs (including slab on grade/metal deck), and structural slabs preferred. Spanish language skills are a plus. Based in Silver Spring, MD with a company history of family ownership and a full benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience working in concrete construction with the ability to read and interpret Blueprints.
