Superintendent

Direct daily on-site operations across installation, remodel, and equipment-reset scopes, keeping work aligned to scope, schedule, and the approved plan. Supervise and coordinate in-house crews and subcontractors, setting clear expectations for workmanship and pace. Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and equipment cut sheets, resolving field conditions before they become delays. Enforce jobsite safety standards and a clean, organized work area at all times, verifying that all work meets code and manufacturer specifications before completion. Conduct punch walks, document deficiencies, and drive them to closure so the client receives a finished, turnkey result. Serve as the on-site point of contact for store managers, client representatives, and inspectors, providing the Project Manager with timely daily reports, photos, progress updates, and early warnings on schedule or budget impacts. Confirm materials, equipment, and crews are staged and ready so field labor is never waiting on logistics. Track field labor, material usage, and change conditions accurately to protect the schedule and project margin. Anticipate sequencing needs and adjust crews and tasks to keep work moving through completion.
