Seeking an experienced Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent specialized in Environmental Systems to oversee construction projects ensuring safety, quality control, and timely delivery while managing team performance and client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of jobsite supervision experience
- 5 plus years as a Superintendent
- Ability to understand and create an Overall Project Schedule
- Detail oriented and flexible under change
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 30 certified
- Proven track record of a strong safety culture on the jobsite
- Experience building from the ground up on more than 5 projects as a Superintendent
- Familiarity with BIM technologies and software like BIM Glue and Navisworks
