Seeking an experienced Superintendent for Class A multifamily construction projects in Apex, NC, ensuring luxury-level quality, managing teams, and adhering to budgets and schedules.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of field supervision experience in multifamily or high-end commercial construction
- Proven leadership skills
- Deep knowledge of construction drawings, MEP systems, site logistics, and safety standards
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam
- OSHA 30 certification and First Aid/CPR (or ability to obtain upon hire)
