Superintendent

Lead and direct onsite personnel and subcontractors in the planning, coordination, and execution of work to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and with quality results. Effectively plan, schedule, and oversee onsite activities while proactively coordinating all subcontractors to prevent additional costs. Maintain a complete set of as-built drawings and possess strong knowledge of project plans, specifications, contracts, and daily correspondence. Monitor subcontractor work against applicable standards, codes, and quality control requirements. Handle project set-up including obtaining trailers, equipment, signage, and PPE. Complete accurate daily reports, safety logs, and cost coding. Guide projects to completion, manage the punch list process, and uphold the company's safety culture by reporting concerns and recommending enhancements. Work location will be based on assigned project.
