Superintendent

Lead and direct onsite personnel and subcontractors in the planning, coordination, and execution of work to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and with profit goals met. Effectively plan, schedule, and oversee daily onsite activities while managing subcontractors to prevent additional costs. Maintain accurate as-built drawings, complete daily reports including weather and manpower logs, and coordinate project close-out and punch list processes. Comply with all safety policies, report concerns, and uphold the company's safety culture. Work location will be based on assigned project.
