Job Summary
Oversee construction site operations as Superintendent: schedule material deliveries on-site or align with monthly billings, sign materials in/out of the warehouse, manage on-site manpower, set productivity/quality expectations daily, review scope with job-site personnel, enforce safety procedures and daily JHA compliance, inspect projects before crews are scheduled, train foremen in proper installation and quality inspection of manufacturer products, conduct daily site visits and weekly meetings with customers, maintain electronic records and weekly manpower schedules, utilize submittals and specs to stay informed on installed materials, coordinate housing for crews, and perform other duties as assigned. The role emphasizes safety, training, documentation, and coordination across projects with a focus on maintaining quality and timely production.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
- 3+ years’ experience in fire-stopping materials, manufacturers, or related fields
