Job Summary
The Superintendent will schedule material deliveries, manage job site manpower, and set expectations for daily productivity and quality. Responsibilities include conducting job site visits, reviewing safety procedures, inspecting projects before work begins, training foremen on product installation and quality control, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong communication skills and adherence to safety protocols, as well as the ability to document site visits and resolve issues effectively. A valid driver's license and a bachelor's degree are preferred, along with experience in related fields.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university.
Desired Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance; must meet insurability standards.
- 3+ years’ experience in fire-stopping materials, manufacturers, or related fields.
