Job Summary
Oversee construction, quality, and safety for projects under supervision while ensuring work completes per schedule and budget. Maintain accurate paperwork, manage onsite crews, and coordinate with subcontractors through weekly meetings. Perform assigned tasks adhering to OSHA, customer, and company safety standards, utilizing project management software for daily reports. Counsel field employees on quality policy awareness and attend bi-annual quality improvement team meetings. Maintain currency in First Aid and CPR training and secure all company tools and equipment. Requires five years in construction, OSHA "Ten" certification, and on-site presence in the Anderson, IN area.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of reading and understanding blueprints
- Job scheduling & allotted time
- Utilizing project management software for daily reports, safety reports, and reviewing project documents
- Knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Supervisor Quality Improvement Procedures
- Working knowledge of tools & equipment
- Manpower scheduling & allotment
- 5 years working in the construction industry
- OSHA "Ten" for the Construction Industry certification (to be completed in the first year of employment)
- Current First Aid /CPR certification
- Location: This position requires the candidate to work on-site in the Anderson, IN area
