Job Summary
Oversee daily field operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors for commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects. Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics while ensuring work meets plans, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and quality standards. Monitor project progress, workmanship, safety, and productivity by coordinating with project managers, owners, general contractors, consultants, and engineers. Maintain daily reports, assist with RFIs, change orders, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout, and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements. Requires OSHA 30 certification, valid driver's license, and bilingual English/Spanish skills. Shift runs 11pm-7am.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Superintendent, General Foreman, Foreman, or similar field leadership experience
- OSHA 30 certification
- Valid driver's license
- Shift 11pm-7am
Desired Qualifications
- Commercial waterproofing, concrete repair, façade restoration, or building-envelope experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with scaffolding, aerial lifts, rigging, swing stages, and fall protection
- Bilingual English/Spanish
