Job Summary
Superintendent 2 leads safety culture, manages subcontractors and workflow, coordinates project teams, and ensures project goals, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation are met. Responsibilities include overseeing site operations, managing personnel and vendors, conducting meetings (daily standups, OAC), developing work plans, tracking costs, updating drawings/logs/inspection notebooks, ensuring quality through QA/QC, supporting procurement and closeout activities, and promoting diversity and inclusion. Requires High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), 5+ years construction experience, 3+ years field supervision, Lean principles experience preferred, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel/relocate; ability to lift 50 pounds; strong communication and project-management skills. This role is located in Missouri with in-person site work.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred)
- 5+ years construction experience
- 3+ years field supervision experience
- Experience with Lean principles (Preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- May require travel and/or relocation
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
