Superintendent 2- Mechanical, Mission Critical

Superintendent 2 will plan, manage and execute on all aspects of assigned projects with some complexity, including managing material and equipment, assisting with people management, ensuring documentation is complete and meeting project goals to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. Core duties include leading safety initiatives, coordinating subcontractors and staff, managing project workflows, developing work plans, maintaining project schedules and budgets, coordinating with owners, design teams and authorities, and ensuring QA/QC and compliance with project specifications. Strong emphasis on communication, coordination of resources, and applying construction-management knowledge to drive project success on advanced facilities, data-center, and semiconductor projects. Proficiency with project management and accounting software, lean principles, and scheduling tools is expected.
