Job Summary
Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned commercial, industrial, education, multi-family, and healthcare construction projects. Develop and manage project schedules while managing subcontractor performance relationships to ensure timeliness and total quality. Prepare project documentation for coordination and execute the Quality Control/Quality Assurance program. Promote an injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award-winning company programs. Build relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and trade partners. This role requires a minimum of five years of superintendent experience, LEAN construction knowledge, and strong computer skills. Candidates must be willing to travel and take remote assignments.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 5 years' experience as a project superintendent
- understanding of LEAN construction practices
- understanding of LEED Green Building requirements
- willingness to learn new approaches and tools
