Superintendent 1

Superintendent 1 responsible for planning, managing, and executing all aspects of assigned construction projects within JE Dunn’s Advanced Facilities group. Leads safety initiatives, manages subcontractors, staff, and documentation; develops work plans, coordinates site activities, tracks budget and costs, and ensures quality through QA/QC processes. Requires 3+ years of construction experience and 1+ year of field supervision, with clear ability to lead meetings, manage schedules, and communicate with owners, design teams, and vendors. High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred. Travel/relocation may be required. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is expected. The role supports diverse teams on projects in industrial & manufacturing, data center, and semiconductor sectors, and emphasizes safety culture, subcontractor management, and project closeouts.
