Superintendent 1 - Healthcare Construction

Superintendent 1 leading and managing all aspects of healthcare construction projects in Tennessee, including safety leadership, subcontractor coordination, schedule development, budget tracking, documentation management, and field supervision. Responsible for implementing project plans, coordinating with owners, architects, and vendors, managing self-performed work, ensuring QA/QC standards, and facilitating progress through regular meetings; requires strong communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with project-management and scheduling software. The role supports a multi-disciplinary team, mentors staff, and contributes to project profitability and successful closeouts. Education includes a High School Diploma or GED, with a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred; 3+ years of construction experience and 1+ year of field supervision experience are expected, along with the ability to travel and lift up to 50 pounds.
