Job Summary
Plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects within JE Dunn’s safety culture. Responsible for coordinating material and equipment, managing subcontractors and staff, ensuring documentation and timely, profitable project completion. Lead project meetings, develop work plans, monitor budget and schedule, ensure quality via QA/QC processes, and support procurement through MOC/DLSC. Requires strong communication, coordination across owners/design teams, and ability to manage self-perform operations; travel/relocation may be required. Demonstrates knowledge of construction management fundamentals, Lean process, and scheduling software; experience with field supervision and building relationships to generate future work.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred)
- 3+ years construction experience
- 1+ years field supervision experience
