Job Summary
Sous Chef at Superica Dunwoody oversees back-of-house operations, trains line cooks to adhere to established recipes for consistent presentation and flavor, and leads in the absence of the Executive Chef. Responsibilities include kitchen production, prep, stewarding, purchasing and receiving, and maintaining a cohesive team under pressure. Requires leadership, culinary experience, and a focus on quality and training; salary range $55K-$70K DOE with bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 3-years of progressive culinary experience preferred, one of which in a Lead Cook or Sous Chef position
