Job Summary
Lead and support the Customer Service team at Takealot's Superbalist operation in Cape Town. Responsible for daily workload allocation to Online Fashion Assistants, generating operational reports, coaching staff, resolving complex queries and customer issues, escalating IR concerns, and stepping in to oversee the team in the absence of Team Leaders. Requires a senior-level customer service background, leadership potential, strong written/verbal communication, data-informed decision making, and flexibility to work rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends. Emphasizes delivering high-quality customer service, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Certificate or Higher
- Minimum of 12 - 18 months customer service experience in related positions
- MS Office suite - Word basic; Excel intermediate; PowerPoint basic would be advantageous
