Job Summary
Experienced Super User to optimize warehouse operations via Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Acts as liaison between Warehouse Operations and IT to ensure system efficiency, user adoption, data accuracy, and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities include optimizing WMS modules, data analysis and reporting (Power BI, SQL), delivering system training to end users, supporting WMS implementations/integrations, and driving process mapping and workflow optimization with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (IT background preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or Distribution Center (DC) operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related modules.
- Proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and operational performance tracking.
- Experience delivering system training and supporting end users.
- Solid understanding of process mapping, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting WMS implementations, enhancements, or integrations is an advantage.
