SUPER HEROES APPLY-STOP-DIRECT CARE

Provide direct care and supervision to adolescent boys ages 12–17 while building meaningful relationships based on consistency, trust, and respect. Use everyday situations to teach problem-solving, communication, and coping skills, ensuring youths' basic needs are consistently met. Recognize potential problems early to prevent escalation, safely transport youth to activities, and follow medication-management guidelines. Participate in group interventions, complete required documentation including daily case notes, and collaborate with the team to review progress. Serve as a positive role model in this structured residential program serving youth preparing for successful transitions back to their families.
