Job Summary
Lead role focusing on network development and data management with emphasis on report creation and trend analysis. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience (or 8 years including data management and reporting experience), plus supervisory or leadership experience. Must have organizational and decision-making skills, knowledge of provider recruitment, ability to balance multiple priorities, detail orientation, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes is required; preferred skills include PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. Compensation range: $55,900.00 - $123,500.00. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree and 4 years’ experience in Network Development or Data management OR 8 years’ experience in Network Development or Data management which includes data analysis and report creation
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Organizational and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of provider recruitment
- Experience balancing multiple priorities while meeting commitments for quality and delivery at agreed upon schedules
- Detail oriented
- Report creation experience, the ability to interpret, and take action on trend reporting
- Time management skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Lotus Notes
