Sunny Isles- Meat Butcher

Meat Cutter at Milam’s Markets Sunny Isles Beach. Responsibilities include cutting, trimming, and preparing beef, pork, lamb, veal, and poultry to company standards; preparing sausages and cured meats; merchandising for freshness and visual appeal; ensuring product quality, reducing spoilage; providing knowledgeable customer service and assisting with custom orders; maintaining sanitation and safety; mentoring Meat Cutter Trainees; and handling opening/closing duties. Previous butcher or meat cutter experience is preferred; ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy products; comfortable in a fast-paced environment; strong meat-cutting skills and knowledge of meat cuts and preparation methods.
