Job Summary
Seasonal Sundeck Cook at East Bank Club in Chicago responsible for preparation, cooking, and servicing of all menu items at the Sundeck; maintain station cleanliness, proper labeling and temperature control, proper requisitioning and transfer of items, and adherence to quality and teamwork. Entry-level role with evening/weekend availability and benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and additional perks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the USA. We use E-Verify.
- Previous experience in high-volume broiler, saute, and cold food production is highly desired.
- Culinary degree is a plus.
- Good knife skills.
- Must have availability to work evening shifts, mid-shift, morning shifts and this is including weekends and holidays.
- Must be on your feet for the majority of the shift.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
