Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and treated professionally. Engage with clients to build relationships, understand their needs, and make recommendations for products and services while maintaining minimum sales requirements. Multi-task by cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon arrival. Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby areas, restrooms, laundry, and storage spaces. Perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing. Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat, fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies. Stand, walk, bend, and lift items throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Computer skills and knowledge
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes
- Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors
- Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
