Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and are treated professionally. Engage with clients to build relationships, understand their needs, and make recommendations for products and services while maintaining minimum sales requirements. Multi-task by cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival. Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas. Stand, walk, bend, and lift items throughout long shifts in an upbeat, fast-paced salon environment. Work cohesively with a team while upholding all company policies and procedures.
