Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, making product and service recommendations, and meeting minimum sales requirements. Maintain salon cleanliness by cleaning tanning beds, managing lobby and restroom areas, and performing general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, and mopping. Multi-task between engaging new clients upon arrival and cleaning beds as clients leave while working cohesively with the team in a fast-paced environment. Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting items. Work flexible schedules with opportunities for performance-based raises and bonuses. No experience required; training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Computer skills and knowledge
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes
- Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors
- Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
