Job Summary
Sun Supervisor (Sales) responsible for leading store operations and staff development. Core duties include interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; achieving self-performance metrics and helping the team meet their metrics; analyzing daily sales data to maximize sales; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal compliance; controlling expenses related to labor, inventory, and maintenance; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues. The role includes a 5-week manager-training course and offers base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
