Job Summary
Supervise store staff to support tanning and wellness-focused retail operations. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive environment for staff and customers; meeting and coaching performance metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal compliance; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues. The role includes a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics. Required: ability to motivate others, stand/walk for long periods, lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, HS diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
