Job Summary
SUN Site Manager oversees after-school program activities at one school site, coordinates and implements after-school programming, manages part-time staff and volunteers, ensures safety and cultural responsiveness, liaises with school administration and community partners, aligns services with the Sun School annual plan, manages budget and fundraising, and ensures data integrity and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Public Administration or related field
- three (3) years of experience directly related to the position
- Program management experience
- At least two (2) years of progressive leadership and supervisory skills
- Experience in program and curriculum development and implementation
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
