Job Summary
Store Executive responsibilities include inventory management such as receiving stock, FIFO-based stock issuance, dispatching, stock cards, off-the-shelf sales data, online logs, daily cycle counts, fault stock consolidation and disposal, monthly stock takes, and spare parts inventory and re-orders. Additional duties cover reporting (daily on-hand stock and issued-out stock for replenishment), repairs and spare parts management (custody of tools, basic checks on faulty units, warranty checks), and store management (maintaining a tidy center per SKU, bench safety, assisting walk-in customers, identifying warranty eligibility on faulty components, and coordinating with Call Center to resolve customer queries). The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2 years of related experience, strong communication and people skills, product knowledge (Sun King advantageous), integrity, customer focus, teamwork, report-writing ability, and computer literacy (MS Excel and Word). Required Qualifications
- Have a Bachelors’ Degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution in any related field.
- Have 2 years’ hands on experience in a related role.
- Effective communication and people skills.
- Knowledge of Sun King products (added advantage).
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Good customer focus.
- Team player with high levels of flexibility.
- Proven report-writing experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
