Job Summary
The Selling Flex Associate role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience through friendly service, product recommendations, and accurate transactions. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, applying suggestive selling techniques, maintaining merchandising standards and signage, processing transactions, handling returns, replenishing stock, supporting store fulfillment and promotions, and upholding safety and asset-protection procedures. Key skills include customer service orientation, product knowledge, teamwork and communication, adaptability to a flexible schedule, proficiency with technology, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. This is an hourly, part-time position at Belk in Sumter, SC, with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
