Job Summary
Participate fully in a 12-month Talent Development Program, engaging in hands-on assignments across credit, risk, and client service disciplines to build professional judgment and leadership confidence. Work collaboratively with internal partners including Global Risk Management, Business Service Centre, and Wealth Management to champion a customer-focused culture and deepen client relationships. Support Directors and Relationship Managers by servicing a diverse client base, assisting with operations extending nationally or internationally while actively developing business development capabilities in risk management and commercial acumen. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, enhance financial analysis and due diligence skills, and apply learning from coaching to real-world client activities. Requires a valid driver's license for travel within the assigned territory in Montreal-Est.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle for travel within the assigned territory
- In addition to French, the successful candidate must also have sufficient knowledge of English
Desired Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is preferred
- 2–6 years of prior experience in credit, business development, client-facing, advice, strategy, or relationship-based roles is an asset
- Experience in global banking or international markets is an asset
