Summer Youth Job Coach/Mentor

Job Summary
Provide individualized job readiness coaching and support to high school students in a summer work experience program. Responsibilities include delivering job readiness training, collaborating with school personnel, employers, and community partners, conducting side-by-side job coaching (up to 5 students at a time) at employment sites, tracking progress, documenting interactions and outcomes in the case management system, completing task analyses to develop training strategies, determining accommodations, teaching job skills and social skills, and evaluating worker performance through written evaluations. Requires strong written communication, flexibility/adaptability, motivation, and a commitment to the mission. Preferred Associate's degree in Human Services; valid driver's license and insurance; experience with HS students or summer programs is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Human Services preferred
- Valid driver's license and insurance required
- 2 years of experience working with HS students, Summer programs, or Job Readiness programs preferred
