Job Summary
Provide treatments to control insects and diseases to improve tree health; mix and apply products according to company, state, and federal standards; monitor and record treated trees; communicate with homeowners in a positive, professional manner; outdoor work in all weather elements with possible overtime; training provided and intern-friendly to support college credit requirements; position based out of Minnetonka, Little Canada, or Burnsville for the 2026 summer season; 100% employee-owned Rainbow Companies values and advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work full days outdoors with possible overtime in all terrain and inclement weather
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at any given time
