Job Summary
Organize the Toddler Club, deliver Boomerang Club programs, and manage activities for children ages 1-3 in Gstaad. Monitor the safety and health of children at all times while driving them to different locations for outdoor and creative educational activities. Maintain the club tidy and serve as a strong, positive role model for both children and team members. This summer role requires a valid First Aid certificate, a driving license, and fluency in English, with a focus on early years education and outdoor program delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Outgoing, high energy and a passion for working with young children
- Patience and empathy towards children, their needs and emotional well-being
- Open and understanding of cultural differences
- Experience working with or teaching children
- Strong communication abilities
- A person that can take initiative and adjust to different situations
- Must speak English fluently
- Must hold a valid First Aid certificate
- Must hold a driving license
