Job Summary
Provide leadership and support to Counselors and Junior Counselors in assigned units at Camp Arnold. Responsibilities include developing and implementing unit activities, ensuring safety and appropriate supervision of all campers, and assisting in the training of Junior Counselors. Participate in camp programs, maintain cleanliness, and attend weekly meetings to support staff. Facilitate evaluations for Counselors and Junior Counselors, enforce camp policies, and ensure compliance with American Camping Association standards. The position is focused on developing a positive environment for camper growth and safety.
