Summer Teaching Fellow Coordinator

Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Summer Teaching Fellows throughout the 6-week program, assisting with orientation development and welcoming Fellows, particularly those traveling from outside the area. Support onboarding in collaboration with academic and program leadership, conduct periodic check-ins to monitor experience, and collaborate with staff to facilitate integration into classroom and camp activities. Plan and host occasional informal after-hours and weekend social events for community-building while troubleshooting challenges and celebrating successes. Provide feedback to leadership on program successes and potential areas for future improvement. This paid role includes a $1,500 stipend and optional on-campus housing during the July 7–August 21, 2025 session, requiring the incumbent to be a current CSA team member with at least one year of consistent experience at the Academy.
Required Qualifications
- Current CSA team member in good standing
- at least one year of consistent experience at the Academy
- Availability for the full summer session: July 7 – August 21, 2025
- Capacity and availability to engage in planning and preparation work between now and the end of the current school year
- Enthusiasm for coordinating and attending occasional after-hours and weekend social gatherings
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with consistency and positivity
