Summer Support Staff

Lead and deliver engaging, hands-on lessons, activities, and discussions focused on marine science and conservation. Directly supervise, mentor, and advise Support Staff and Interns while serving as the primary point of contact on-site for families and camp management. Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment, ensure the safety of all participants, and adapt programming to varying outdoor settings. Model professionalism and strong leadership for staff and campers throughout the program. Collaborate closely with camp management to ensure program goals are met.
