Job Summary
Take an active role in changeover procedures and achieve line speed efficiencies, conduct visual quality checks of products, maintain cleanliness of work areas, adhere to Product Standard Operating Procedures, pack various meat products, and operate slicing machines as necessary. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 25kg while standing for 8 hours. Experience in a food manufacturing environment is required, along with the ability to work in cold conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience within a food manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken English
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Capable of lifting 25kg
- Ability to stand for 8 hours with some lifting and bending
- Ability to follow and execute instructions given by Managers/Supervisors
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment
- Work in conditions under 10 ̊C
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week
