Job Summary
Welcome guests and learn luxury hospitality across Front Office, Restaurant/Bar, Kitchen/Pastry, Housekeeping/Laundry, Spa/Wellness while receiving hands-on training and mentorship. Participate in daily operations such as check-in/check-out support, food and beverage service, room preparation, and spa reception; learn and follow luxury service standards, etiquette, language, service timing, and grooming. Collaborate with colleagues from diverse nationalities and departments to foster a positive team spirit; comply with hygiene, safety, and quality standards; engage in training moments and career development sessions. This program offers on-the-job training to gain a first professional experience in a flagship resort, with potential references and future internship or job opportunities within hospitality. Previous hotel experience is not mandatory; candidates should be curious, motivated, and eager to learn; minimum age and summer availability required.
