Job Summary
Seasonal Resort Valet Attendant providing guest-focused hospitality services at JW San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa. Responsibilities include parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, delivering and picking up guest items, shuttling guests as needed, and communicating directions and facility information. Must maintain a professional demeanor, greet guests, and handle transactions and ticketing for valet services. Requires a valid driver's license, basic English literacy, and ability to perform basic math; prior related experience preferred. Shift options span multiple daytime/evening blocks; this is a part-time, seasonal role with tips contributing to compensation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes
- Skills in reading/writing English, basic math (numbers and money), and ability to communicate effectively with guests and employees
- Ability to operate a manual transmission (highly desirable)
- Ability to perform parking and retrieval tasks safely and professionally
