Job Summary
Summer School Special Education Teacher Aide for ESY 2026 (3.5 hours/day, M-F 8:15 am–11:45 am). Responsibilities include assisting students with physical tasks, helping with recitation and curriculum tasks under the supervision of a special education teacher, guiding small groups, accompanying students on trips to the office or nurse, and serving as a resource for the student evaluation team. Requires a high school diploma or equivalency and Civil Service requirements; position is temporary for the summer program with an hourly rate of $17. Required Qualifications
- Must meet Civil Service Requirements - Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and additional experience and knowledge in particular field where specialized duties are involved.
