Job Summary
Summer Sales Representative responsible for knocking on doors, engaging homeowners, and connecting them with Pest Hunters’ pest control services. Duties include explaining treatments, identifying and converting leads into sales, offering seasonal service packages, handling objections, attending training sessions, tracking daily interactions and sales progress, and reporting results to the Sales Manager. Outdoor, outdoor-facing role with paid training, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for advancement during the May–August season. Requires no prior experience, must be 18+, and possess a valid driver’s license; strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.
