Summer Mountain Ambassador - Summer 2026

Summer Mountain Ambassador at Sunshine Village in Banff, AB. In a highly visible, guest-facing role, you will showcase the resort’s highlights to guests and partners and serve as the face of the General & Executive Offices while assisting with groups and events. Responsibilities include interacting with guests, staff and the public with enthusiasm and authenticity; staying current on Sunshine Village and industry news; communicating company initiatives, policies, and procedures; collecting and organizing information for upcoming initiatives; managing Reception processes and tickets; performing administrative duties, answering calls, transcribing voicemails, responding to emails, and maintaining logs and reports; supporting the Group Coordinator with tickets, vouchers, and the “meet and greet” process; and ensuring accurate documentation of meetings, schedules, reports, and health and safety hazard assessments. The role also requires lifting up to 50lbs, working outdoors in all weather, and preparing for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours. Candidates should have post-secondary education in business preferred, strong organizational and time-management skills, professionalism in uniform, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Travel to Banff is required; valid AB driver’s license and clean driving record are needed. Pay is hourly and seasonal; Sunshine Village is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
