Job Summary
Implement a structured daily routine focused on discipline, manners, and behaviour for three children aged 11–16. Facilitate English-language immersion, social skills development, and family engagement while actively reducing dependency on mobile devices. Organise home-based activities ranging from games to structured discussions to extend boarding school standards during the summer holiday. Work Monday to Friday between 08:00–10:00 and 17:00–22:00 in a supportive, education-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Native speaker of English
- Significant experience as a Matron, Housemistress or in a similar role
- Outstanding ability in guiding, motivating and positively shaping children's behaviour
- Extensive experience organising home-based activities, from games to structured discussions
- Provisional working schedule: 08:00–10:00 and 17:00–22:00, Monday to Friday
- Contract duration: six weeks, from Monday, 20th July to Friday, 28th August 2026
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally holding a Master's Degree or a PhD from a prestigious institution, such as Oxford, Cambridge or Harvard University
- Experience working with high-net-worth international families
